Notes: So today was great. I did two job interviews one for an after school tutoring program and the other for 24 hour fitness as a personal trainer, they said their ultra runner guy is leaving for somewhere, so that opens up the whole endurance persnal trainer guy to me. The 24 hr fitness is full time with benefits, while the other is part time like 10-12 hours a week, including some Saturday. We will see what happens when I get back from tri-camp. I need to start taking my heart rate when I wake up this will good for me, it is just hard to start. What else...that is it, OH I worked for an hour helping this guy move desks, his name was Dan and he works for the AIDs foundation here in Boulder. Really cool guy and really cool place.
Nutrition:
I really wanted an egg McMuffin, or like a croisantwhich today really bad for some reason. I did eat a lot of like butter cookies, that was not good. In addition though I have been munching on nuts, dried bananas, granola, and drinking some apple juice along with the usual H20. I do not know what I will have for dinner, maybe it will be someting crazy.
