SWim Bike.. woo woo
Yesterday was stellar had a swim bike. Helped Rob move out and Amanda move in. It was not too bad at all. I will miss having Rob around, but he is only 1.9 miles away. I am going to start seeing how long it takes me to run there, and to run back. I bet I can get it in 23 minutes by the end of the summer. The track at Fairview is closed until the 1st of August for resurfacing. They have not even started doing anything so, actually it is closed to just be closed. I feel as though jumping the fence to run on a track is a little silly, but if you have to get in those 1/4ers do it I guess, or just map it out. That would probably be a smart thing to do, and a little change for 2 months will not kill anybody.

Yesterday was stellar
I had a great day yesterday teaching my second to last class for the Freshman of shining mountain. I also mountain biked until the sun went down, which is like closing the bar. I hit a cross training run, where I stop and do some pull ups during the run, not too bad, I felt a slow though. I had a good time. OK well until next time.

WooHoo
I ran an 800 in 2:21 today. Not too bad considering the lack of work I have been putting in. I think I could do two of those back to back in a month if I worked on it, which I just might. I also went for a stellar bike ride today. Tomorrow is the Bolder Boulder. This year I am volunteering. YAY. It is going to be awesome. What else... The cows were back today, so that is nice. I have been writing pretty well this weekend, and am planning on not stopping. I am just excited to be getting back on board. Later this week will be my first multisport event in a year. I am really nervous, and will probably not make a huge comeback, but it will be a start, then I will hit the curve hard, and be OH that guy. He came back after working his but off through the summer. The idea is that I would be unstoppable after laying down the highway to working hard.

YAYYAAY
I went and hosted jousting for the shining mountain 6th grade at the mid evil games. I got some sun, and had a blast as usual. Everybody was in costume including yours truly. I applied for a job at level 3 and I also made a grilled cheese sandwich, not as good as Abby makes it though. For lunch though I ate like a king, it was great at the game, sooo good. PS John and I were the first ones out of there.

Chugging water right now
It is not over until the fat lady sings. OK So I just finished the water. This should clean out my system. I played softball for the first time ever today. I also went to the pentathlon for the high schoolers and that was awesome. I also went into comp with a commuter, he was a silly man, but still. Alright I am running out of time, salute'

Awesome Day
I started my day the favorite way with a SWIM!! I love open water swimming, LOVE IT! My friend Waldo always hated running on the track, and I never knew why, I always thought at least we are running and not doing something else. I think it is the same with me and swimming. If it was a lake or the ocean, it would be no problem (except for high levels of e.coli), but when I am stuck in the pool it just seems to be bland. Sitting there staring at the bottom of the pool, you really do not see or talk to the other swimmers much. I think this is why it is often the hardest for me to do because it seems very monotonous. There is not a machine to really mock the conditions either. Well I guess you could get a nonstop pool, then put a waterproof tv at the bottom, then snag in some under water speakers. I think this would help me, at least on the long swims. I do have an mp3 player, maybe i will try it out one more time tomorrow mourning.
So after that rant about swimming, I also went for a run, did some pull ups, and had an overall bomb day. I had time to work on Abbys bike, and get her lunch. I also looked into different options for the new website 32go. It is all looking great, and on the up and up. The only downside, is Dixie my moms Vizla amazing dog got herself cut really deep on some thing. It was probably scrap metal that she cut herself on chasing a rabbit. I hope she makes it, and if not that is ok, she has had an awesome life, and left a great mark on my life. OK GALLON OF WATER TOMORROW. I CAN DO THAT!

Manic Monday
Started off strong with a run to the gym, upper body lift with the GF, then run back. That was great. I am starting up site Numero Dos. That is goign to be a challenge but it will be a ton of fun. One hour of work on it tomorrow is my goal. I have a lot to do, it is my last day of Coaching for the BolderBoulder. It is my second to last class for Strength and Conditioning. Once I make it through those two things, I will be golden. Alright, well today went well, I drank close to a gallon of water.

So I am going to do 5 days a week of goals now I think
Weekends should be weekends, or maybe I should just make better goals. I did not hold any real strong goal today, but I did get a lot done. There is basically a new yard outside with flowers and a garden, I mowed, and am going to keep that up. Played some O Hell with Amanda Vince, Badger, Abbie, Brad, and Keagan. Time to go to bed.

Awesome End of the Track Season
Great last meet. Birdy won the mile with ease. Collin got 2nd in the high jump at 6'1", a new PR and almost did the winning height of 6'2" on his last attempt. I did well coaching I feel. There really was not too much I could help with. Everybody seemed very content. I did not have a goal today, which is no good. I am going to try and drink at least a gallon of water tomorrow.

The early bird gets the worm
So 2nd day of daily goal. FAIL. I have another chance tomorrow. This is not like trying to jump over a hurdle where you can try multiple times in one day, this is something I only get to try once a day. Like races you only get one shot in every once in a while, I need to try and get this one down today. I have looked into possibly getting more serious about online blogging. We will see what the future holds right now, one goal.
On the side note today I ran a little and felt well, I rode my bike and felt great, the nice bike, why did I do that? More on that tomorrow.

Daily goals, and other things
Hey I just got back from California and realized I should probably be doing something more with my life. So one goal a day. Today is to blog. Wow this is an easy goal. They will get harder of course, and I will fail at some, but others I will be easy, and others I will probably barely be able to do. OK here we go. Goal one was easy tomorrow, I was thinking about getting up early. I thought about this crazy bug story while I was flying back. Where these bugs in order to survive have to go through these fans and when they get to the other side they can reproduce, then they come back out safely, I will work on the details, some bugs make it several times, others never make it. Some pray to the fan gods, while others practice timing, some just live their life and when the time comes the time comes. I will probably finish up the story later. OK well, have an amazing week, we have state track and field this week, more on that later. My leg is mediocre.

Gettin Organized
So, what is new. I am getting organized. YAY, organization. This is not one of my strongest suits, but it is something I am getting better at. If you have time do it. and if you do not have time, it is because you did not do it. Pretty simple little cycle. I am finding more time to do things. I am also really nervous about getting an Iphone. Why?
Well because, there is a lot that goes into this. I could wait for the iphone 5 in a couple months, I do not need everything the iphone offers, and I hope I take full advantage of the tools, but at the same time not get locked in. Those are really important things. The reason I am going with Iphon over any other phone is simple. I can buy a case that will make it waterproof, and super usable while hiking(for gps ect..) I bruised my foot last wednesday, and am trying to recover, it is taking a long time, because it is my foot, and I use it a lot. The IT band thing seems fine. However, I am not running because of the bruised foot. I have been doing good on swimming. I went mountain biking two days ago, the weather was AWESOME, and I listened to all day by girl talk, yes the whole album. It was great. i am excited to run again. Taking a whole week off from any running, so COME ON BODY GET READY. In place I will be lifting swimming, and cycling around. Alright, well work hard. Do not take it easy, and organize.

Don't let the days go by!!
Last week was amazing. Tow Saturdays ago I helped build quinzees, Wednesday I went back out there with Craig Reubens, to see how it was. Then we built a 9 foot whole in the ground. Then Friday, I went out with some 6th and 7th graders from SMWS, and we slept in the quinzees after we rebuilt them, and had an amazing night hike. The weather was up to the 60s on Tuesday rode my bike a ton. Last night amazing Abby and I went out with Amanda and Vince. We played some bowling(with Bumpers, SOOOO FUN), some pool, then foosball. Got home by 830pm, so awesome. We are watching Wall-E. It is amazing how they personify this little robot so, much. My life is getting busy, Track and field is around the corner, and I am very excited. It is going to be not too hard. I am teaching the 9th grade, strength and conditioning this year, and it is going awesome so far. We had such a great time. I remembered I like zwan. Something about that style of music, makes me feel really good. What else... Oh yea we might get involved in a pyramid scheme, YAY. We will see how that goes. OK time to get to life. I will try to expand some adventure stories later. I did get to yell at some kids on the roof of the school. WOW, they must have been bored, I bet they were happy, that I did not give them too much hassle.

Why going to sleep is so hard.
1. Your friends try to keep you up having "fun".
2. Usually do things that enhance excitement as bedtime nears, cards, movies, tv, ect..
3. Eat/drink/exercise too late.
4. Start things too late!
5. Girlfriend/Boyfriend
6. Not use to it.
7. Not exercising enough
8. Not dark/ quiet enough.
These are some reasons I cannot get on a normal sleep pattern. Major goal of this week is to sleep better, recover better, and make sure I make time for those goals. It is SOOO easy to be like hey guys what is going on, hey I know we just started talking but I have to go to bed. Being that guy is often not that fun, but people will change to your schedule as needed, as will life.

ON FIRE
Taking life harder in 2011. I think that is my new year resolution is being uncomfortable. Too much comfort last year. IT band still jacked, I have to run 100 m repeats or like half a mile. I am limited but I do what I can. The good news is I have been lifting and swimming and riding, well riding on the trainer. so I just need to keep up the hard work, and be uncomfortable, and enjoy life, yay.
