Why going to sleep is so hard.

1. Your friends try to keep you up having "fun".
2. Usually do things that enhance excitement as bedtime nears, cards, movies, tv, ect..
3. Eat/drink/exercise too late.
4. Start things too late!
5. Girlfriend/Boyfriend
6. Not use to it.
7. Not exercising enough
8. Not dark/ quiet enough.

These are some reasons I cannot get on a normal sleep pattern. Major goal of this week is to sleep better, recover better, and make sure I make time for those goals. It is SOOO easy to be like hey guys what is going on, hey I know we just started talking but I have to go to bed. Being that guy is often not that fun, but people will change to your schedule as needed, as will life.

ON FIRE

Taking life harder in 2011. I think that is my new year resolution is being uncomfortable. Too much comfort last year. IT band still jacked, I have to run 100 m repeats or like half a mile. I am limited but I do what I can. The good news is I have been lifting and swimming and riding, well riding on the trainer. so I just need to keep up the hard work, and be uncomfortable, and enjoy life, yay.
