Explained work out: 1 hour bike today. It was just an out and back. I did not seem to get to far 19 miles at most 17 at least. My legs are sore from yesterday and back.

Notes: Today was productive. I got a race Calendar for the year set up, and I am back on my blog. I am going to try to use it as a blog and possibly as a diary. We will see how comfortable I feel with this. A training log is easier, it is more just numbers and results than the personal life. I am excited about training camp next week.

I have had a lot of peanut butter today, and a little bit of cereal with some nuts as well.
